Certifications and market access
Certificates live with the manufacturing entity, not with the brand on the box. Our partner factories are audited and registered for the two markets that ask the most questions — the United States and the European Union — and we hand your compliance team the current copies before the first order.

Product-level test reports are issued per order against the specification we agree — material, colourant, coating and packaging — through accredited third-party labs. We do not reuse a report from a different SKU, and we do not describe a material as compliant before the report exists.
Certificates are issued in the name of the manufacturing entity; your company is named as importer of record on the export documents. For the UK, EU and US the responsible-person or agent registration stays with the importer — we prepare the labelling and technical file to make that registration straightforward.
Quality control and compliance
IQC — incoming material
Resin, fabric, hardware and packaging print are checked against the approved sample before they enter production.
IPQC — in process
Dimensional and functional checks at set intervals on the line, with photographic records kept per batch.
Pre-shipment inspection
We support SGS, Intertek and TUV inspection on your nominated purchase order, including AQL sampling you specify.
OQC & documentation
Final pack check plus the export document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates.

Third-party inspection
We support inspection by SGS, Intertek, TÜV and your own QC contractor on a purchase order you nominate. State the standard and the AQL level in your order and we build the inspection into the production schedule rather than treating it as an interruption.
Documentation you receive
- Commercial invoice and packing list in your format, not ours
- Bill of lading or air waybill, with the shipping marks you specify
- Certificate of origin where your tariff treatment requires it
- Material declarations and test reports for the destination market
- Carton markings, barcodes and GS1 data aligned to your EAN allocation
If your destination market has an import requirement we have not handled before, say so at enquiry stage. We will tell you plainly whether it is a problem, what it costs and how long it adds.

Quality control when buying pet products wholesale from China
The most common failure in wholesale pet supply from China is not price — it is a specification mismatch discovered after production. Our IQC, IPQC and OQC gates exist to move that discovery upstream, where a scrap part costs cents instead of a demurrage fee.
