Tooling
Tooling is quoted as a separate line item and stays yours: once the final payment for the order is settled, the tool is transferred to you. For repeat production of the same reference, you are not paying a second tooling fee, and you are not dependent on us holding it.
Mould amendment — a colour change that does not affect geometry, a texture change, a logo relief — is often handled as a short tool modification rather than a new tool.

IQC — incoming material
Resin, fabric, hardware and packaging print are checked against the approved sample before they enter production.
IPQC — in process
Dimensional and functional checks at set intervals on the line, with photographic records kept per batch.
Pre-shipment inspection
We support SGS, Intertek and TUV inspection on your nominated purchase order, including AQL sampling you specify.
OQC & documentation
Final pack check plus the export document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates.

Manufacturing capability as a China pet products supplier

If your product needs a process we do not have, we will say so rather than subcontract it and pass it off as in-house.
