What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, business email, company, country, phone number, website, buyer type, expected volume, target date, customisation requirements and the product list you send us. We also record the IP address of the submission, in hashed form, for the sole purpose of preventing duplicate submissions from the same source.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send a quotation, to answer your questions, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell enquiry data. We do not add it to a marketing list without your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as the commercial relationship continues, and for seven years after it ends where accounting or customs record-keeping requires it. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep your quotation form contents between pages and a small amount of functional storage for your request list. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not embed third-party trackers.
