Pet food wholesale capabilities
Extrusion for dry food and treats, retort filling and canning for wet food, and coating for dental chews. In-house metal detection and checkweigher run on every line before packing.
Recipes are developed through a pilot batch first. Mass production begins only after the formula and the finished-goods sample are both approved.
MOQ for wholesale pet food
MOQ depends on process economics: treats and chews start at 2,000 pieces, dry food at 3,000, and wet food and canning at 5,000 because sealing and sterilisation setup drives the cost, not ingredient volume.
MOQ is printed on each product page. For mixed assortments, ask for an indicative range and we will propose the most economical combination for your target market.
Compliance for wholesale pet food
For the United States, facility registration plus AAFCO nutrient profiles, with a feeding trial where a nutrient adequacy claim is made. For the EU, ingredients and processing comply with Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003, with REACH where chemicals are involved.
We prepare the declaration documents your importing country requires and schedule testing so it does not delay shipment.
Private label packaging for wholesale orders
Bag formats from 500 g to 20 kg, cans and retort pouches, cartons with your artwork, barcoding and multi-language panels. Printing runs in the same building as production.
