What we actually do
Most pet product sourcing goes wrong in the same three places. The supplier quoted from a photograph, so what arrives is not what was priced. The quality problem is discovered at the port, when it is too late to fix. And the documentation is wrong, so the buyer pays demurrage while their broker emails.
Our structure exists to remove those three failure points. Specification is agreed in writing before tooling or production is committed. Quality is checked at gates inside the factory, not only at the end. Export documents are prepared by the same team that packed the goods.

Our production is built around four buyer types:
- Retail and pet store chains — private label ranges that need to sit alongside national brands on shelf, with consistent replenishment across seasons.
- Online marketplaces and DTC brands — small test batches to validate a listing, then scale on the same tooling when the product sells.
- Distributors and importers — mixed-SKU container loads, neutral packing, and the compliance paperwork your destination requires.
- Veterinary clinics and grooming businesses — branded giveaways and in-clinic products produced in small quantities.
Where we manufacture
Our production sits in Zhejiang, China — the world's largest pet products manufacturing cluster. Moulding, assembly, printing and packing are on one site, so a packaging revision does not become a second shipping leg between two buildings, and a quality problem can be traced back to the line that produced it.
Goods leave through the ports of Ningbo, Shanghai and Yantian to buyers in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Southeast Asia.
