Specialist factories, one accountable team
Most sourcing problems happen between suppliers, not inside them: the mould shop blames the assembler, the assembler blames the printer, and the buyer chases all three. We keep one team answerable for the whole order, whichever factories it runs across.

Documentation for EU and US retail
Compliance is not a certificate you buy at the end — it decides the material, the dye, the label and the test plan. Our partner factories already hold the social-compliance and facility registrations that retail buyers audit for; product-level test reports are issued against your order.

Certificates are issued in the name of the manufacturing entity. We share the current copies with your compliance team before the first order, and name you as the importer of record on export documents.

How a project runs
Four steps, no surprises
Lead time is 45–70 days from artwork approval, confirmed once the specification and material are fixed. The range exists because a printed carton and a new mould are not the same amount of work.
Brief and reference
Send a sample, a competitor link or a drawing. We confirm what is copyable, what needs tooling, and what the MOQ implies.
Costed proposal
Unit cost at your quantity, tooling, packaging, freight option and a delivery window — one document, itemised.
Sample and approval
Pre-production sample against your artwork. Nothing enters the line before you sign off colour, material and packing.
Production and shipping
In-line QC, pre-shipment inspection, then EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP — documents issued in your name.

Incoterm changes who pays for freight, insurance and duty. We quote all four so you can compare landed cost, not just unit price.

Before you write
Questions buyers ask first
What is the minimum order quantity?
500 pieces per SKU on large items — beds, cat trees, carriers, strollers, fountains and feeders — and 1,440 pieces on small items such as toys, apparel, bowls and collars. Mixed SKUs can share a carton, so a first order does not have to be a single product.
How long does production take?
45 to 70 days from artwork approval. The exact window depends on material, tooling and whether packaging is printed in-house — it is confirmed in the quotation, not assumed.
Can you produce from our own design?
Yes. Send a drawing, a sample or a specification sheet. If a new mould is needed we quote the tooling separately and it stays with the project, not with us.
Do you handle labelling and compliance paperwork?
We prepare the product and packaging to the destination market's requirements and supply the documents we can issue: material declarations, test reports from accredited labs and shipping documents in your name. Market-specific registration stays with the importer of record.
Can we visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Audits and video walkthroughs are arranged before the first order. Tell us the standard you audit against and we will confirm what is already documented.
