Product details

Dog Gate with Door is a training product supplied on an OEM basis. It is made to your specification rather than sold from stock, so colour, material and packaging are set before production begins.

What you can change

Panel count, height and finish are set to your spec. Print, powder coating colour and carton artwork are all customisable.

Sampling and quality control

A pre-production sample is made from your artwork and approved before the bulk run. Weld and joint strength, coating adhesion and panel alignment are checked per lot before packing. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost if your compliance team requires it.

Packing and shipping

Packing follows your carton spec — inner bags, dividers, barcodes and marks. We handle consolidation across SKUs and quote on EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP terms.

Ordering

Minimum order is 1,440 pieces per colour. Production runs 45–70 days from artwork approval, and a quotation with tooling cost (if any) and freight to your port is returned within one business day.
