Sampling and quality control

A pre-production sample is made from your artwork and approved before the bulk run. Zipper cycles, latch retention and mesh burst strength are tested per lot. Assembled units are opened and closed on a sample basis before cartoning. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost if your compliance team requires it.

Packing and shipping

Units are packed to your carton specification with barcodes and shipping marks as required. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP, and we can consolidate this SKU with others in your order into one container.
