Sampling and quality control

A pre-production sample is made from your artwork and approved before the bulk run. Every unit is run-tested for flow and noise before packing, with a dielectric strength check on the electrical assembly. Every unit is verified against the rated 800 L/h before it is packed. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost if your compliance team requires it.

Packing and shipping

Cartons are printed to your artwork with barcodes, item codes and shipping marks. This SKU can be consolidated with others in the same order, so one container covers the whole range.

Ordering

Minimum order is 1,440 pieces per colour. Production runs 45–70 days from artwork approval, and a quotation with tooling cost (if any) and freight to your port is returned within one business day.
