Sampling and quality control

A pre-production sample is made from your artwork and approved before the bulk run. Flow rate, power draw and leak integrity are checked on each unit, plus a burn-in run before cartoning. Every unit is verified against the rated 1000 L/h before it is packed. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost if your compliance team requires it.

Packing and shipping

Units are packed to your carton specification with barcodes and shipping marks as required. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP, and we can consolidate this SKU with others in your order into one container.

Ordering

Minimum order is 1,440 pieces per colour. Production runs 45–70 days from artwork approval, and a quotation with tooling cost (if any) and freight to your port is returned within one business day.
