Sampling and quality control

A pre-production sample is made from your artwork and approved before the bulk run. Seam strength, colour fastness and small-part security are checked on each production lot, with a documented pre-shipment inspection before cartoning. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your cost if your compliance team requires it.

Packing and shipping

Cartons are printed to your artwork with barcodes, item codes and shipping marks. This SKU can be consolidated with others in the same order, so one container covers the whole range.
