No single factory produces the whole range. Each product family is made by a factory that
specialises in it. PetInWholesale holds the contract, runs the sample round, supervises
inspection and consolidates the shipment. This is what makes a mixed-category first order
possible at 500–1,440 pieces per SKU.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is the minimum order quantity?
500 pieces per SKU on large items (beds, cat trees, carriers, strollers, fountains, feeders) and 1,440 pieces on small items (toys, apparel, bowls, collars, grooming). A first order can mix several SKUs.

### How long does production take?
45 to 70 days after artwork approval. New tooling adds 20 to 35 days.

### Can you produce several categories on one order?
Yes. That is the main reason the alliance exists — different factories, one contract, one consolidated shipment.

### Do you work with small brands?
Yes. Most buyers start with one or two SKUs and scale after the first container.

### Do you sell stock items?
No. Every SKU is made to order for your brand.

### Which documents can you supply?
Material declarations, third-party lab reports and full export documentation in your company name. Destination-market registration stays with the importer of record.

### Which incoterms do you quote?
EXW, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, CIF and DDP.
